HOW DOES A DETAILING MEMBERSHIP WORK?
The detailing membership is a monthly membership for each vehicle, with a weekly or bi-weekly appointment.
We schedule service on a day and time that works for you.
Plan for about an hour per vehicle give or take depending on the size of the vehicle. Billing is sent for the next month in advance.
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
We’ll have a brief discussion about your needs, and suitable care options for you. Once approved by you, we’ll get your appointment confirmed and booked.
We’ve designed our service to be thorough, and painfully easy for you.
Painfully easy because we hear all the time – “Why aren’t there more service companies like yours?”
DO YOU DO SINGLE APPOINTMENTS WITHOUT A MEMBERSHIP?
Yes, please contact us to discuss your needs. We’re typically fully booked 1-2 weeks in advance and offer priority scheduling for our members.
Is membership something you’re interested in but not quite ready to join?
Go ahead and get in touch with us. We will help point you in the right direction.
WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?
Billing is due one month in advance to reserve your appointment.
WHICH PACKAGE IS BEST FOR ME?
For most clients with a cherished daily driver, the best package is going to be our Wash + Sealant package.
We highly recommend it. It’s the most effective way to keep your paint glossy and beautiful. It also protects it from harmful atmospheric elements like acid rain and UV damage.
Our technologically advanced sealant lasts much longer and is tougher than traditional wax, so it’s a worthy investment.
If it’s been a while since your automotive was cared for, you should invest in a Full Detail.
Our clients tell us the Finished Detail is the best bang-for-the-buck. They say this because of the clean perfection we achieve. No other detailed they’ve worked with compares.
The Deluxe SPA Day Wash is perfect for clients who do not commute a lot. It’s also ideal for those who have a “Sunday cruiser” that gets lower use than a daily driver.

HOW DOES NT DETAILING REFERRALS PROGRAM WORK?
You’ll get $20 off your next appointment. This happens every time a friend or coworker completes their 1st full detail interior and exterior package.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major forms of payment. You can pay by cash, check, and credit card.
Can I receive a receipt for my order?
Absolutely! Feel free to reach out to our dedicated customer service team with your order number.
HOW LONG WILL MY APPOINTMENT TAKE?
Plan for about 1 to 2 hours per vehicle. Larger vehicles or more extensive detailing take longer.
DO YOU HAVE SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE?
We’re typically booked out 1-2 weeks in advance. Still, we always recommend contacting us. We have a last minute opening.
