What Ceramic Ultra Delivers

The basecoat forms a hard, chemically resistant film that bonds to the paint surface at the nano level. It protects against environmental contamination, UV degradation, chemical etching, and surface marring.

The topcoat produces a water contact angle of 113 degrees. Making it one of the most hydrophobic coatings ever produced. Water beads tightly and releases from the surface with minimal force. PPF and vinyl surfaces are among the most demanding substrates for ceramic coatings to bond to. Their flexible, non-rigid nature causes most coatings to lose adhesion well before the one-year mark. Many of the PPF/Vinyl specific ceramics begin failing within three to six months. FEYNLAB PPF and Vinyl Ceramic was developed to solve that problem. Black Velvet is a water-based tire sealant that forms a flexible micro-coating on tire sidewalls. It penetrates the pores of the rubber to mechanically bond to the surface.
